Never received card
I had a postcards that out in September. My family member and never received it. I attempted to reach them through the app I think in October or November and requested that he sent out again that it’s back-and-forth emails to confirm stuff, which just takes things 10 times longer. The address was saved in the address book so I know I didn’t write anything wrong. I contacted them again and it’s just more back-and-forth Crap. And then I keep getting these Are your issues resolved emails. No they definitely were not, customer service Here is horrible.

This is a business you can rely on to fix your problems immediately. I submitted a card without realising one photo wasn't correct. I tried canceling online with no success. I emailed Touchnote, got an immediate reply. Even though they couldn't cancel, they refunded my credits back to me for this error so I was able to re-di my card. This is my 2nd occasion of dealing with customer support & once again I was not let down. It's an honest, trustworthy business.

Simple joy
I have been using TouchNote for a few years now. What a joy it gives me and the people I love! It’s so easy to use and tailor the card to your liking.
No doubt I will continue sending cards as a token of love. People love getting cards whether it’s a surprise for my daughter, my husband or my friends in different countries.

Company won't let you cancel free trial
Company won't let you cancel before you're charged after signing up to their free trial. Don't use. I'm currently having to issue a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back from these theives.

Great customer service
Very quick and helpful customer service. Mike was very helpful and resolved my problem within 1-2 days. He was very polite and for these reasons I will be returning again.

The company took £100 from my account
The company took £100 from my account. I signed up to a monthly membership but they took the lump sum out of my account. Have emailed multiple times for help, no response and no phone number. It seems like many reviewers are saying the same thing.

Do not touch
Touchnote not reliable at all. More then half of our Christmas cards not delivered. It’s not the first time. Do not touch Touchnote

Their customer service is the absolute WORST I have EVER encountered!! A card and Christmas gift was sent on the 16th the USPS last day to send mail to receive by Christmas was the 15th it’s been 3 weeks and my Christmas card and gift StIL has NOT been delivered. It been 4 weeks since it was sent I’ve sent 3 emails in last 2 weeks and not even a response. I guess I will look for another on line card store. I’m done
Taken my money but not applied it to my account!
TouchNote have taken my money via auto renewal but have not applied it to my account. I raised a support ticket 5 days ago but not heard anything back nor had any resolution

Order 5th Jan still not arrived by 12th Jan. No action by help desk no response to any social media messages. Terrible service and so disappointing that 60th birthday card and flowers did not arrive

Customer service is exceptional, even over the holidays when very busy. I can rely on Touchnote to assist if I ever have an issue. Quickly. Efficiently. Friendly. and Patient!

Being charged for cancelled membership!!
I cancelled my subscription in December yet every day this week 48€ is trying to be taken out of my account. I have emailed the company but to no avail. Absolute disgrace

Woeful customer service
Despite my previous review of two stars, I have responded to TouchNote via help@touchnote as requested in the last reply, more than 3 times. I have still not received a single response since the last review was posted on 7th December. Customer Service is woeful.

I love this app. Photos that would be languishing away in the cloud are bringing smiles and enjoyment to friends and family around the world. Any (rare) issues are dealt with quickly. I get so much enjoyment putting the layouts together .. its win win. Thanks TouchNote. Pink
